15 minutes walking from Termini station,many buses stopped near the hotel.Comfort bed with nice pillows.Small but cozy rooms nicely decorated.Breakfast just ok.Friendly and helpful staff.
2 afternoon/nights in a row, there was a lady in the reception that didn't speak English!The water in the shower stopped running every 3 or 4 minutes for a few seconds.Bath towels never got changed during our 3- night stay.No mini-bar in the room.

It is 15-20 minutes walk from termini station. Although close to the station the area is not in a kaos like termini station. It is in a safe area. It is fairly close to the main atraction on foot, but you need to know the short-cuts.There are some restraounts arount the hotel. The rooms are in small size but nicely decorated. Also it is very clean. The breakfast is just ok.
The hotel is on the main road, although my room was facing the back street I was still able to hear the traffic. The isolation was bad. So it was very diffecult to fell a sleep as you hear all the noise. Although inside of the hotel was fairly silent you could still hear the next room. This hotel is not for you if you want to have a good sleep!

room was really clean,bed was comfortable..choice on breakfast
the attitude of staff was horrible,not friendly at all,no smile during our stay.there is no dinner served after 10 ! and there is no restaurant around except one that is also closed after 10:30..hotel is in remote area..in bath room there was only one small soap and one bottle of shampoo for hair and body ...that is really nothing for a 4 star hotel. you can use the facilities if you are in business rooms only.

It was a very nice - newly decorated hotel. Great value for money as it was not only very comfortable but also close to all means of transport. Friendly staff and trully helpful. Nice breakfast with quite a variety. Concerning the room it might seem a bit small but it has the touch of the luxury that makes it unique--immaculate clean bathroom too! A small tip--get the combined ticket -which can be used in metro busses etc and buy the map route for 5 euros--(great way to go aroung the city and you will find many different ways to return to the hotel!)Last but not least you will be given your own key as to return whenever you want.

the hotel is near a bus stop #62 which goes through all the main sights and the shopping. also a supermarket close by. its very clean, a/c, shower pressure is great the bathroom is equipped with all latest ameneties. towels are changed every 2 days. spacious room with two windows a great view looking out to the main city street, storage space available, plenty of outlets (even canada/us). breakfast incl. cold cuts, buns, cheese, yoghurt, cereal, tea coffe, fruit, cornetti etc. on the right side of the hotel there is a cafe - best coffe in Rome, we think so. the staff is helpfull, we got dirrections , bus routs, wine opener, iron etc. quite close to termini station - call the hotel for directions! hotel. laundry mat close by, plenty of a la carte reasonably priced restaurants in the area. freat place to stay, we would definitely stay there again
thhe price is a bit too high.

The friendly staff and the excellent capuccino. 6-7 streets away from via Veneto (ten minutes walk).
Not something really bad, its a value for money choice. If I could say that something was negative (but not really negative is...that) It could be even nearer to the centre (Piazza di Spagna etc) or nearer to a metro station. (Termini metro station is 10-15 minutes walk).

Our room was nice, clean, comfortable and affordable with free wi-fi connection. Giorgio is very friendly, helpful and speaks fluent english. The hotel is located near Termini (10 min on foot, 2 stops by bus) in a very good, calm area. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I would visit Rome once more. 100 % positive!!!

When we arrived at the hotel we got really useful and detailed information about Rome - map, transport routes, places for visiting and restaraunts/caffees where traditional Italian food can be found at reasonable price and good quality. This information helped us to spend time in Rome (we had only 2 days) with maximum benefit. We recommend this hotel for everyone whose requirements for service in the hotel are not high.
In general the hotel is quite good at this price. However, it could be located nearer to the Termini station. Early check out is not convenient.

Hotel is sitated on the 3rd floor; it is a small hotel with nice rooms;
Breakfast do not have many options; Rome is an expensive city, however EUR 140,-/night is too expensive for the services of the hotel

Staff did not like to be bothered and spoke little to no English website says otherwise. Staff loud at night on phone and computer talking to friends which kept us awake as reception is directly outside the door.

The hotel staff/owners were very helpful in all aspects. They helped us book a table at a restaurant nearby and eagerly looked up directions for a site we wished to visit that wasn't too known even for the Romans. As the hotel is on the 3rd floor I found it very mind easing the fact that we were given keys for the entrancel. I mention this because I have stayed in various hotels in Rome and have waited many times for the receptionist to wake up and open the front door after a night out. It is very common to lock the doors after 11 pm..keep that in mind if you are thinking of having a late drink at Piazza Navona. I will definitely stay again when I visit Rome . Excellent value for money and I preferred the fact that it is not exactly down town.
The bathroom towels were not changed during our 3 night stay. However, if we asked, I believe they would have done so.
